I've got a viral infection setting up house in my lungs. I'm not that bad to go to the dr. I just got off the phone with dad who's a respitory therapist and told him what was going on and how I felt. He said to take a straight expectorant and get ready to cough. My other home remedies, eating pineapple for vit c at lunch, keeping the humidifier running and drinking plenty of water is good and to keep doing it. Eventually I'll get rid of it. Been coughing up gunk for several days now. This morning I woke up and it felt like I had concete in my lungs and it wasn't going anywhere.

Several people at work are sick with this. One girl in sales had hers develop into a wicked case of bronchoitis and she's been out for a couple of weeks now. But then she's a smoker. The others getting this aren't.

Tuesday I think it was, I woke up and everything was wet like it had rained overnight. I asked a co-worker if it was rain or heavy dew. He says that we had been dew'd upon. Cute. The humidity was a godsend. I drove with my windows down even though it was upper 40s. The wet air felt good inside my lungs and my always dry skin drank it up as well.

Went to Rex's over the weekend. Did laundry there and realized this week that I have an allergy to his detergent so I rewashed some of my clothes. I told him about it and he thought he might have one too since he's been itching as well and he did laundry over the weekend too. Either that or his ex wife snuck over and put itching powder in the dryer.

It's supposed to be 65 degrees over the weekend.
